Assistant/Deputy Manager- ME (Manufacturing Engineer)

Functional & Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in SAP or any other ERP system; well-versed in ISO systems and project management.
Strong knowledge of cost-saving techniques, problem-solving methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
In-depth understanding of product and process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
1. Resource Planning & Optimization
Enhance plant capacity with a focus on productivity and quality improvement.
Ensure optimal utilization of plant resources for maximum efficiency.
2. Implementation of Best Practices
Drive LEAN, MOST, TPM, TQM methodologies.
Conduct training on new SOPs, systems, and technology.
3. Business Goal Support
Facilitate operations to achieve OEE, PPM, Kaizen, 5S, and safety targets.
4. Technology Upgradation & CAPEX Planning
Plan and introduce advanced technology for resource optimization.
5. Continuous Improvement & Process Enhancement
Implement reliability and control measures.
Assess capabilities and identify training needs.
Introduce new technology aligned with the five-year capacity enhancement plan.
Improve manufacturing processes and master critical operations.
Benchmark industry best practices for superior manufacturing.
Enhance process reliability and control.
6. Performance & Efficiency Monitoring
Develop and monitor OEE improvement plans
Execute projects focusing on productivity, quality, and safety enhancements.
Maintain production lines and plant equipment in optimal working condition.
7. Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence
Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, jigs, fixtures, and other process improvement initiatives.

Regulatory Bodies, Industry Peers, Consultants.
