General Manager/Senior General Manager/Associate Vice President - Shared Services Project (14-24 yrs)

We have been mandated for the below mentioned role for a leading Cement company.

Position: GM/ Sr GM/ AVP - Shared Services Project

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities:

1. Should lead the team of various functional leads to setup shared services & implement various processes.

2. Monitor program status, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure completion of project as per planned timelines

3. Gather data inputs and support project team in navigating the organization

4. Navigate the organization to address data / information requests/ create blue print (e.g., organization structure, cost structure, business priorities, etc.)

5. Assist in coordinating sign-offs at key milestones and decision points
