Job Description

  • Office Administration:
  • Manage and organise office operations, files, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain records, databases, and inventory.
  • Secretarial Duties:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage the calendar for senior staff.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
  • Assist in drafting letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and organising events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
  • Supportive Tasks:
  • Handle visitor management and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Provide support to team members as needed for organisational activities.
  • Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and functional.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration or secretarial roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Other Skills:
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Preferred: Experience in the nonprofit or education sector.
