- Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications :

Sales and Negotiation Skills :

- Proven ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms for the company.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with clients and internal teams.

Industry Knowledge :

- Familiarity with the staffing industry, labor laws, and trends is a plus.

- Understanding of different types of staffing services such as temporary, permanent, and executive search.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

- Ability to address client concerns or challenges and find solutions.

- Can think strategically to identify new market opportunities.

CRM and Reporting Tools:

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools to track business development efforts.

Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented:

- Ability to work independently and drive results.

- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and Experience:

- A bachelor' or higher degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field.

- Several years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.

- New client acquisition and the number of leads converted to clients.

- Revenue growth from existing clients.
