Job Description

Role Summary

The job incumbent manages all IT operations within a country. Ensures the proper and adequate service for all local departments on all IT relevant issues.

Main Tasks

As a Tech Lead at MANN+HUMMEL, you will take a leadership role in driving technical excellence within the team. Your responsibilities include:

Technical Leadership : Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance .NET and Angular applications, ensuring scalability, security, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Problem solving: Provide immediate, effective resolution of production issues with minimal escalation .
Collaboration with Stakeholders : Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, establish timelines, and provide technical insights.
Quality Assurance & Best Practices : Ensure that best practices for code quality, testing (unit, integration), and performance optimization are followed. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code standards.
Problem Solving : Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Lead efforts to resolve critical production issues and ensure the stability of applications in production.

Your Profile

Extensive experience in .NET development , with expertise in C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
Proven leadership abilities in managing technical teams, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Deep knowledge of software architecture , including microservices design, event-driven systems, and asynchronous API development.
Experience with Angular (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks) for building responsive and dynamic front-end applications.
Strong understanding of design patterns , specifically SOLID principles and Gang of Four (GOF), and their application in real-world scenarios.
Cloud Expertise : Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, focusing on cloud-based application architecture and deployment.
Database Proficiency : Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL/Time-Series databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
Agile Experience : Expertise in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a focus on iterative development and continuous delivery.
Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Related fields

Experience

8 years to 12 years related experience
DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge : Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Container Orchestration : Familiarity with tools like Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
Advanced Monitoring : Experience with application monitoring tools like AppDynamics or Datadog.
Scripting & Automation : Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Groovy, or Shell to automate development tasks.
