Team Leader R2R

Role Summary:

For our dynamic and growing RTR team in India, we are looking for accounting & reporting task for the role Team Leader R2R. The successful candidate would be for leading R2R team, its daily & MEC operation and transitions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and its daily operations in given area of responsibility/given region
• Oversee processes, solve complex issues, meets final decisions and perform controls
• Cooperate with internal and external partners (auditors, tax advisors, local authorities, other departments of the company, R2R teams in other locations,…)
• Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the team and implement relevant measures
• Manage the execution and reporting of areas in scope as outlined by the Service Level Agreement
• Drive improvements/automation and support related projects in given area of responsibility/given region

Your Profile:

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or another appropriate education
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, prior leadership experience
• Required Skills: Accounting and finance knowledge, professional knowledge of MS office, SAP knowledge (FI/CO modules), S4H knowledge is an advantage
• Languages: Active knowledge of English language for daily written and spoken communication (B2 level), another language is of advantage
• Competencies: Leadership skills, analytical skills, time management, proactivity, communication skills, organization skills, proactive and self driven person
