Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven General Manager of Franchise Sales with over 15 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in franchise sales, strategic growth, and managing complex relationships across multiple regions. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional capable of driving our franchise network to new heights by acquiring, training, and supporting franchisees while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Franchise Sales Management: Lead the development and execution of the franchise sales strategy to achieve national and international growth goals. Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities to expand our market presence.
2. Franchise Recruitment: Oversee and manage all aspects of the franchise recruitment process, including lead generation, marketing, evaluating potential candidates, and closing sales agreements.
3. Franchise Development and Expansion: Guide the successful opening and ongoing development of new franchises, ensuring all key metrics and timelines are met. Identify and prioritize high-potential markets and territories for expansion.
4. Franchise Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchisees. Provide ongoing support, training, and communication to ensure franchisee success and brand consistency across all locations.
5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of franchise sales managers and support staff. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning to ensure a motivated and successful team.
6. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with finance and other departments to set and manage budgets for franchise sales initiatives, ensuring the cost-effective use of resources and achieving financial goals.
7. Market Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to ensure the franchise sales strategy is competitive and aligned with industry best practices. Provide detailed performance reports to senior leadership.
8. Compliance & Brand Integrity: Ensure all franchise sales and operations comply with relevant legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Safeguard the integrity of the brand and business model across the franchise network.
9. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, legal, and other departments to support franchise development, lead generation campaigns, and ensuring franchisee onboarding is seamless.
Prerequisite:
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in franchise sales growth, recruitment, and multi-unit franchise operations.
