Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of print, digital, and multimedia projects. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that align with our brand identity while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity. Required Skills:

1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign): Advanced proficiency in these tools for high-quality graphic design work.

2. Experience with Print Production: In-depth knowledge of print production processes and requirements, including large-format and flex printing.

3. Proficiency in Basic Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects): Experience with basic video editing and creating simple motion graphics (animations and transitions).

4. Strong Eye for Design, Layout, and Typography: A keen eye for designing visually appealing, consistent layouts, and typographic choices.

5. Ability to Work Independently and in a Team: Must be capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.

*Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe XD and Figma

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency, corporate, or freelance setting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work (branding, web design, print materials, digital media).
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with UI/UX design and web design is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development practices is a plus.
