Job Description

Manlift India Private Limited is looking for a result oriented leader with strong human resource influencing, communication and people management skills who is keen to be a part of an international growing

business.

Objective

This role will be responsible to take care of HR & Admin related activities.

Tasks and responsibilities

HR (Generalist)

  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Onboarding & Induction of employees inclusive of contract Issuance.
  • Attendance and leave management system.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports
  • Employee Engagement-Coordination & Execution.
  • Managing employee separation processes

HR (Admin)

  • Office management, stationary management, and ordering lunch for the guests and visitors.
  • Creating HR-related new vendors in the system.
  • Creating all the PO of HR-related vendors in the system.
  • Managing Travel & Hotel arrangements for the employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3-4+ years of experience in HR Generalist or any HR-related field
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Specially Ms-Excel & MS-Power point)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Experience and Knowledge of Excel.
