Job Description

1. Handling incoming calls and calling on data received / collected / RFI

2. Counselling (on campus and off campus) and handling admissions

3. Marketing Tours (connect)

4. Data entry

Duties and Responsibilities

As appropriate to the positi on, reviews and processes student applications and/or documents; reviews and/or compiles and updates

student credentials needed for admissions status; enters and monitors required data into integrated student database. Monitors progress

of applicants.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse

community.

Ability to an alyze and solve problems and to make evaluative judgments.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Skill in the use of personal computers and related software a pplications.

Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.

Ability to make effective administrative/procedural decision s and recommendations.

Ability to travel and work 􀂢exible hours.

Database and records management and /or maintenance skills.

Knowledge of the broad spectrum of available university academ ic units, curricula, and programs.

Knowledge of student recruitment and retention issues.

Ability to maintain of records and information

Knowledge of college-level student records principles, policies and procedures.

Knowledge of computerized student information systems.

General o􀂣ce administrative and secretarial skills.

Ability to evaluate student transcripts and/or records.

Knowledge of university admissions policies, standards, and procedures.

Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
