Position Overview:
The Admission Counsellor at our CADD CENTRE is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, helping them select the most suitable training programs, and ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves interacting with students, parents, and professionals, providing detailed information about the institutes offerings, and driving enrollments to meet institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:

• Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their career goals and educational needs.
• Provide detailed information about CAD training programs, certifications, course content, and career opportunities.
• Guide students in selecting the most appropriate course based on their interests and skills.

Admission Process:

• Manage the end-to-end admission process, including inquiries, registrations, and document collection.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students by providing all necessary details about course schedules, fees, and prerequisites.
• Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and personal meetings to convert leads into enrollments.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in organizing events, seminars, and workshops to promote the institute and its programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement strategies to boost enrollments.
• Represent the institute at education fairs and community events.

Database Management:

• Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective students and inquiries using CRM tools.
• Generate reports on admissions, leads, and follow-up activities for management review.

Feedback and Follow-Up:

• Conduct feedback sessions with current students to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with alumni and gather testimonials for marketing purposes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to ensure accurate communication of course details.
• Coordinate with technical staff to address specific queries related to CAD software and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in Education, Marketing, or Engineering).
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in education or training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of CAD software or a technical background is a plus but not mandatory.
