Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for social media
• Develop and execute brand collaborations for social media
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product launches, and customer engagement across offline channels (BTL).
• Manage field marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, roadshows, and product demonstrations to reach target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing management or related field.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive results.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of direct marketing principles including lead generation techniques.
