IMMEDIATE JOINING!


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and generate leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
    • Build a pipeline of prospective exhibitors interested in participating in exhibitions.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition:
    • Contact potential exhibitors through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
    • Sell exhibition space and secure sponsorships across designated sectors.
    • Present space options, benefits, and pricing to potential exhibitors while effectively negotiating terms to close deals.
  • Client Management:
    • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Sales Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
  • Industry Insights:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the companys services to address client needs effectively.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to track performance.
    • Identify areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in the International Exhibition Sales.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with exhibition and events sales processes.
    • Ability to stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
    • High client satisfaction and retention rates.
    • Consistent contribution to team success and overall business growth.
