Associate - Preventive Maintenance Cell

Role & responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant operations.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement in plant maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all aspects of maintenance work.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years' experience in cement plant maintenance or a related field (mechanical engineering background preferred).
• B.Tech/ B.E / Diploma (Electrical/ Mechanical)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems efficiency, machine maintenance principles, record keeping practices, maintenance planning methodologies.
