DGM / Team Lead - Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the mechanical operations across all sections from Crusher to Packing Plant.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Plan and oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and control the budget for mechanical operations, focusing on cost-effective solutions
• Planning and execution of routine jobs, preventive jobs, breakdown jobs & shutdown jobs
• Maintenance of cement Ball mill /roller press/vrm and other plant equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be B.Tech.(Mech.) from reputed institute
• Quality relevant experience of 20+ years, out of which 15+ years in large industry and minimum 5 years successful working in similar designation
• Having experience of maintenance as well as Project from Crusher Section to Packing Plant Section, SAP PM & MM Module
• Well versed with SAP and MS office
• Prepare & implementation of SOPs & Safety standards
• Deptt specific Manpower planning & Team Development
