Associate - Fuel, PO, GRN, Gate Pass Section

This position is responsible for all SAP and paper-related activities (PO, Gate Pass) related to Repair & Maintenance, including procurement of gases, LPG, and other miscellaneous activities for R&M.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for diesel, bio-diesel, industrial gases, and repair & maintenance activities, including advance note preparation.
• Create returnable and non-returnable gate passes, e-waybills, and discrepancy advice for handling shortages or damage.
• Manage repair and RGP insurance declarations, lodging claims, and settling cases for shortage or damage with the insurance company.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to ISO/TPM standards, ensuring all related records are in place.
• Forward repair and freight bills to the accounts team, ensuring zero pendency.

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SAP.

• Timely preparation of purchase orders, RGPs, NRGPs, and GRNs.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations, such as VAT 72.
• Proper planning and procurement of gases like oxygen, nitrogen, and LPG to avoid shortages for end users.
