GM - Production Process

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Process & Production improvements of Integrated Cement Plant.
• Taking Corrective measures and maintaining process parameters at desired level for process optimization and quality product.
• To review Heat and Mass Balance across all the sections and taking corrective measures.
• Daily Review of Power Consumption of all the sections and taking corrective measures.
• Designing of system specifications (revised gas flow rate, air velocity, draught and pressure drop, power consumption, heat saving etc.) to have a modified version of system to achieve profitability.
• To ensure the system is meeting the legal requirement of emission level of NOx, SOx and Dust Emission levels.
• Maintain emission level.
• Assist and coordinate to project deptt. for modifications and plant improvement jobs.
• Ensure Quality Production as per targets
• stake holder Management
• Manpower planning & optimization
• Cost optimization.
• Safety of Men & Machinery

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 20 + years quality experience in reputed integrated Large Cement Plant ( out of which last 3-5 years as HOD process mandatorily)
• Proven record in Process improvement & Production management
• Effective Communicator & Stake holder Management.
• Well versed with ISO, Safety & Quality standards
• Well versed with SAP & MS office.
• Team management & Planning skills
