Quality Control IN charge

He should be capable of handling a small lab and having sound knowledge in SOPs and Quality Management System. Should be a self-starter and having zeal to work.

Job Description:

1) To Over view the day to day analysis / testing performed by QC Chemist and IPQC.

2) To maintain quality management system in overall operations and its records.

3) To train other departments and QC department on SOPs.

4) To face Audits from customer and also able to conduct internal audits of all departments including self- assessment of QC department.

5) To report MIS and able to prepare reports for Management review meetings.

6) To review batches made / packed and share reports of FG analysis and KPI with customer QA for release of FG.

7) Should be able to perform analysis / testing in absence of QC chemist.
