QUALITY - ENGINEER / SR. ENGINEER

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Job Location: Noida, UP

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Preparing & implementing standard quality procedures/parameters.
2. To carry out proto inspection, pre-dispatch inspection, incoming / in-process material inspection.
3. Must have knowledge of layout inspection, and GA/Detailed drawing study.
4. Must have good knowledge of quality-related documentation for domestic & export jobs.
5. Particularly worked in medium sheet metal/fabrication industries.
6. Experienced in instruments (e.g.: Height gauge, Vernier caliper, micrometer etc.)
7. Visit to customer and supplier end as per requirements.
8. Prepare and maintain daily records of production, rejection, and machine utilization.
9. Review technical documents, specifications, QAP, design drawings, etc to validate design quality.
10. Develop and document test standards, test plans, test flow, test procedures, test cases and test results.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in sheet metal and fabrication industries.
2. Must be NDT Level II qualified.
3. Particularly worked in medium sheet metal/fabrication industries.
4. Immediate joining would be preferred.
