Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking experienced and dynamic female candidates -( Married )for the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager and Assistant Manager. The ideal candidates will have 8 to 12 years of proven experience in recruitment across various levels and industries, with a strong ability to lead and execute talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles and levels.
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
4. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
5. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment laws during the hiring process.
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in the recruitment function.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in recruitment across various levels.
• Prior experience reporting directly to senior leadership or CEO.
• Notice period 1 month
• Married with Kids

• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
