What does Talent Acquisition Manager do
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring executives and regional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company.
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible
for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.
To thrive as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you should have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting and employment branding. Your ability to identify talented individuals and support
their career growth within our organization is paramount. Leadership is a must-have for this role as you will be managing and guiding a team of people.
Within this role, you will be empowered to give it your best and will be given access to some of the top hiring tools and software. We are always looking for new ways to hire and scout talent, along with that, we trust you a lot to be ethical while doing so.
Duties and responsibilities
  1. Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management.
  2. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  3. Lead employment branding initiatives.
  4. Innovate hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly.
  5. Motivate and energize your team to always be candidate friendly.
  6. Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
  7. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  8. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  9. Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
  10. Assist in employee retention and development.
  11. Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the management
  12. Ability to organize and run hiring drives at college campuses, attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  13. Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Key requirements
  • Minimum Masters s degree in management with HR as the main subject
  • 5+ years of experience full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance
  • Knowledge of the complete on-boarding and BGV process
  • Experience in people management.
  • Knowledge of the Human Resources laws and regulations
  • Passion for sports, games, and activities
