Job Description

Scope

  • As a Loyalty Sales-Brand Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and brand experience
  • This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting brand loyalty programs, and ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience across all touch points.

Role & responsibilities

  • Loyalty Program Management: Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance brand engagement and customer retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective loyalty initiatives
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Implement strategies to engage customers and enhance their overall brand experience
  • Sales Promotion: Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to drive customer acquisition and loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align loyalty programs with overall business goals
  • Brand Experience Enhancement: Ensure a consistent and positive brand experience across all customer touch points
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and implement solutions
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather customer feedback to understand preferences, expectations, and pain points
  • Use insights to refine and optimize loyalty programs and brand experience
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to integrate loyalty programs into the sales process
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives on loyalty program offerings
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of loyalty programs
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Use market insights to propose new features or enhancements to loyalty programs

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/ PGDBM (preferred)
  • Graduation mandatory
  • Must have Good Communication Skills
  • A very strong and presentable personality
  • Having a good experience in loyalty program management. Minimum 3 years handling loyalty sales.
  • Must have good experience of Closure sales
  • Must be a team player Go the extra mile to achieve its targets
  • Eloquent, well equipped with the concept of power dressing, displaying business relevant etiquette
