ROLE: Manager - Facility (Male Candidates only)

PLACE OF POSTING: Sobha Nesara, Kothrud - Pune

REPORTS TO: GM - Facility (FMD)

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND - B.E. / Diploma (Electrical)

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 6 to 12 years' experience in a Facility Management role with organizations across industries. Prior Real Estate work experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of property management/ Facility Management and Maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance: Ensuring the physical aspects of the facility are well-maintained including all building maintenance
• Safety: Ensuring the facility is safe and meets health and safety requirements
• Planning: Planning for future development and strategic planning for building maintenance and budgets
• Contractors: Managing third-party contractors, including preparing tenders, supervising their work, and negotiating contracts
• Staff: Supervising staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and security
• Energy efficiency: Advising on long-term energy efficiency
• Compliance: Ensuring the facility complies with legislation and government regulations
• Emergencies: Responding to emergencies and urgent issues
• Space utilization: Planning the best use of space and resources
• Vendor relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials at competitive prices
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a building & group of facilities.
