Graduate with Min. 10+ years of experience in US healthcare Provider enrollment, specific to

Credentialing experience is mandatory.

• More than 2+ year of experience as Manager/ Sr. Manager

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

• Should have good experience in Team management.

• Should have experience in preparing KPI reports and interacting clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end credentialing process for Physicians, ensuring compliance with

accreditation and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy

and timeliness in the submission of credentialing documents.

• Ensure Compliance with Healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid rules.

• Supervise and train Credentialing team, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.

• Set goals for the team and implement best practices.
