SAP SuccessFactors Manager (12-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors to lead and manage our SAP projects.

Experience - 12- 15 Years

Location - Bangalore & Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to completion. Atleast handled 1 end to end project in SAP Successfactor.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Provide regular update

- Will be also responsible for new programs and new product development

- Co-ordination with internal and external agencies to meet customer needs are met on time and within Budget

- Will be responsible to maintain the customer account for under development and series supplies parts

- Will work closely with Business development team for any price change

- Will also responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing delivery schedules and troubleshooting thates to stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct post-implementation :

- Will be also responsible for new programs and new product development

- Co-ordination with internal and external agencies to meet customer needs are met on time and within Budget

- Will be responsible to maintain the customer account for under development and series supplies parts

- Will work closely with Business development team for any price change

- Will also responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing delivery schedules and troubleshooting thatll be also responsible for new programs and new product development

- Co-ordination with internal and external agencies to meet customer needs are met on time and within Budget

- Will be responsible to maintain the customer account for under development and series supplies parts

- Will work closely with Business development team for any price change

- Will also responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing delivery schedules and troubleshooting that mentation reviews and provide ongoing support and maintenance.vWill be responsible for end to end delivery of products or services to Customer after the award of business

- Will be also responsible for new programs and new product development

- Co-ordination with internal and external agencies to meet customer needs are met on time and within Budget

- Will be responsible to maintain the customer account for under development and series supplies parts

- Will work closely with Business development team for any price change

- Will also responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing delivery schedules and troubleshooting that may arise during the delivery process

- Will be also responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

- Central Custodian of All the Customer Contracts, MSAs part purchase order and track their Validity

- Will work with Sub- BU Head directly to achieve the organisation objectives

Role : Project Manager

Qualifications :

- 12-15 years of experience in SAP project management.

- Proven experience with at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

- SAP SF certified

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
