Key Responsibilities:

ROW Acquisition and Permissions

• Identify and secure ROW permissions from municipal corporations, local governing bodies, and private landowners.
• Manage the documentation and legal compliance processes for ROW acquisition.
• Negotiate terms with stakeholders to minimize costs and ensure timely approvals.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with government departments, utility agencies, and local communities to facilitate ROW clearances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and officials.
• Address and resolve conflicts or objections raised by stakeholders during fibre deployment.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure ROW processes comply with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to ROW approvals or delays.
• Maintain records of permissions, agreements, and related documentation for audit purposes.

Project Support

• Work closely with the project team to align ROW activities with deployment schedules.
• Track and report ROW progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Support field teams in resolving ROW-related challenges during implementation.

Cost Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce ROW acquisition costs while maintaining compliance.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures for ROW activities.
