Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the project delivery process, including project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Development and QAto ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Manage and escalate project requirements and issues to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Proactive approach to ensure least issues on client delivery & service.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
- Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
