Job Description Role & responsibilities

* Good knowledge in Design for Manufacturing [DFM], Design for Assemble[DFA], Design for Manufacturing and Assembly[DFMA], Design for recycling[DFR], Design for Environment [DFE], Design for Dis assembly [DFD], Design for Excellence [DFE]
* Hands on experience in IATF 16949:2016 tools like- APQP, PPAA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and relevant software
* Hands on experience in Autocad, Solidworks, MS office etc.
* VE/VA Analysis
* Knowledge in latest Manufacturing Process/Practices
* Reverse engineering
* Good exposure in engineering drawings/GD&T
* Estimation /Job costing
* Project /Program management
* Lean & Six Sigma
