Job Description
- Should be a subject matter expert on financial reporting, Ledger close and External reporting
- Knowledge of Insurance business and key drivers will be preferred
- Will be required to submit, reconcile and review Saracen reporting across all metrics P&L, BS and non-financials for Insurance business
- Should be able to prepare and review journals for TM1 submission and align to Saracen
- Should be well versed with Period end close activities, Statutory accounts preparation, and Year end Audits
- Responsible for executing the business as usual (BAU) for External reporting as per Insurance metrics
- Should be good in Excel / MS Acces and able to manage large excel workbooks, templates and formulaes
- Knowledge of TM1 and Saracen is an added advantage
- Qualified CA / CWA / MBA Finance with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Period end close, Financial reporting
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with business partners/customers
- Ability to bring analytical rigour, structure and solution to problematic areas.
- An excellent attention to detail.
- understanding of FP&A, MI reporting will be an advantage
- Ability to work on TM1 systems, in addition with Saracen will be an added advantage
