- Identify, target, and secure corporate accounts to achieve sales revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the hotel s corporate client base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize repeat business.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events.
- Negotiate corporate contracts, including room rates, meeting packages, and other services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Customize corporate packages and solutions based on client needs.
- Work closely with hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings.
- Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies for corporate accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for corporate clients.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Coordinate corporate sales initiatives with other hotel departments, including catering, events, and front office.
