• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, ensuring prompt response to their queries.
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to address customer concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in AP Helpdesk, Call Centre, Calls Handling, Complaint Management, Query Handling, Query Management, Solving Queries.
• Excellent communication skills for effective handling of customer queries via phone calls.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
