 About The Role : 

Lead team of artwork and innovation PMs to execute artwork/packaging innovation projects including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval, project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance

Manage and traffic projects between innovation, artwork, asset management and product data orchestration teams to ensure seamless execution.

Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for web updates and campaign launches.

Act as the main point of contact for task coordination, resolving roadblocks, and communicating project status to all stakeholders.

Conduct post-launch analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement in the project management process.

Client management:

Operational Excellence:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of managing capacity of resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time

Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with the department leads, Artwork Management, analytics & data to ensure a unified approach to client service

Metrics & Reporting:Regularly monitor and report on the success of innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements

Financial Management:Oversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectations

Identify and deliver transformation ideas that will provide growth or productivity opportunities

 Primary Skills 

10+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency

5+ years working in with Consumer Packaged Goods brands

5+ years of product innovation and marketing experience

8+ years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs. Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred.

Experience managing direct reports,5+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent

Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
