 About The Role : 
As a .NET Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering complex technical solutions while guiding development teams and collaborating with clients. In this role, you will:

Lead technical design efforts by creating class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and other design artifacts to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Perform effort estimation for development tasks and assist project managers in planning and resource allocation.

Leverage your expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Entity Framework, and database technologies to build robust microservices, backend systems, and database architectures that meet scalability and performance standards.

Model real-world data attributes into efficient database schemas and map them to objects for seamless application interaction.

Act as the point of contact for all technical design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design challenges.

Conduct code and database design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards, database best practices, and quality benchmarks.

Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Engage in client meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Work on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, integrating cloud-native components into application designs.
