Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Head with a strong technical background in Footwear to support our quality management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in footwear production and quality control, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to maintain high product standards.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Head with a strong technical background in Footwear to support our quality management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in footwear production and quality control, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to maintain high product standards.
- Control on Upper and Shoe Passers: Oversee and ensure the quality of the upper components and finished shoes, maintaining adherence to company standards.
- Assist the Quality Head: Provide assistance in executing quality management strategies, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Preparation of Quality Reports: Compile and analyze quality performance data, generate comprehensive reports to highlight areas of improvement and track ongoing quality initiatives.
- Development of Samples from Production Departments: Collaborate with the production team to create and inspect samples, ensuring they meet both internal and customer-specific quality expectations.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with a technical course in Footwear.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in footwear production and quality management.
- Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
