Associate Trainee - Sales and Service

- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Introduce various product offerings to customers and influence their buying decision.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers and suggestive selling by building customer confidence.
- Negotiate/close deals, understand & handle queries and complaints of the customer and address with the right solution.
- Advise customers by providing accurate information (e.g. product name, features, making charge, stone charge etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) and ensure customer satisfaction in each sale.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Enroll maximum customers in Scheme.
- Assist the customer when there is sales return or repair work.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction.
