Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recording and filing minutes of departmental meeting and inform the Chairman for further action.
• Create and deliver high-quality business presentations for the company chairman, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in content and delivery.
• Conduct thorough analyses of data, reports, and information to provide insights and recommendations to the chairman, aiding in decision-making processes.
• Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and analyzing the progress of key initiatives based on strategic, financial and operational metrics and be accountable for reporting and rectifying deficiencies observed.
• Act as liaison between the Chairman, Executive Director, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up the the status of assignments.
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Chairman Office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
