Malabar Gold & Diamonds is one of the largest and most trusted jewelry retailers, known for its exquisite designs and premium quality. We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Deputy Manager for Media Planning to oversee our digital media campaigns and strategy.

Job Overview:
As the Deputy Manager for Media Planning, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our digital media strategy. Your role will focus on campaign planning, media buying, optimization, and analytics, ensuring the best results across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement media plans and strategies for digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Programmatic (DV360).
• Manage media buying across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring effective ad spend allocation and optimization.
• Optimize and monitor campaigns to ensure the best ROI through constant tracking and analysis.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights.
• Work closely with internal teams to align media strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Handle media planning from strategy through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Analyze large datasets and present performance insights to senior management for ongoing optimization.
• Provide guidance to junior members of the team while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the brands voice and objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to incorporate into media strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in media buying, planning, and strategy.
• Hands-on experience in managing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Programmatic (DV360).
• Strong proficiency with digital media buying tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Expertise in media optimization and deep familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and GA4 for campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights to optimize performance.
• Proven track record of campaign execution from start to finish, including planning, execution, and optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
