Job Description
- Spearhead sourcing activities for talent acquisition.
- Responsible for recruitment coordination of Management Trainees.
- Accountable for Regional interview coordination of Management Trainees.
- Facilitate the seamless on-boarding of Management Trainees.
- Coordinate a comprehensive induction programme and other training processes for new hires.
- Responsible for coordinating training location of the employees.
- Conduct regular timely performance reviews at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months to assess employee progress and development in coordination with Showroom Head, Zonal Head, Regional Head and HR Head.
- Implement periodic reviews to ensure the effectiveness of on-the-job training.
- Schedule MD review meetings.
- Administer pay revision and reassignment activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the regional coordination strategy for transfer and deputation processes along with overseeing the smooth execution of transfer and deputation processes.
- Handle separation processes until employee exit.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for approval processes and maintain effective tracker management throughout operations.
