Junior Executive - Media

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with media scheduling and operations for television and radio, ensuring seamless coordination of ad placements and broadcast timings.
• Prepare and send Release Orders to media partners, confirming their receipt and addressing any follow-up queries.
• Collect invoices for television and radio from media partners, ensuring all documentation is accurate and received within the stipulated timeframe.
• Follow up with media partners to ensure timely submission of invoices, avoiding delays in financial processing.
• Conduct thorough manual verification of scheduled TV and radio spots against the invoices, ensuring all ad placements align with the agreed terms and schedules.
• Identify and address any discrepancies between scheduled spots and invoices, maintaining transparency and accuracy in media operations.
• Assist the Finance team with payment-related tasks and place the request for ledger statements from Media.
