We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager for our company to assist the Marketing Manager in the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content across various platforms including social media and websites. Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn) by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts.
Assist in optimizing pay per click campaigns on platforms. This role will have the opportunity to create and drive standards across the business, to develop processes and procedures and to create efficiencies where possible as we look to scale the business in the U.S. and India.
Job Responsibilities:
Help create and manage social media, blogs, and email campaign content. Including writing copy in English and designing graphics using Canva.
Monitor and respond to social media messages and track trends.
Create product marketing collateral as needed.
Help with graphics for internal and external communications
Maintain brand graphics library
Maintain brand voice in both existing and new copy online and offline
Maintain website
Assist with SEO strategies to boost website traffic
Create content for the website (graphics and copy)
Assist in designing and running email marketing campaigns.
Track and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Work with teams across the company to support marketing efforts.
Assist with event logistics
Assisted in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click- through rates, and conversions.
Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in marketing or content creation.
Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Degree in Marketing or design.
Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Photoshop, Premier and Canva.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and attention to detail.
