Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role involves developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, be data-driven, and have a strong ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Campaign Management:

• Design, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for both the company and its clients, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to assess the effectiveness of ad strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop comprehensive campaign outlines, focusing on financial benefits and delivering the best outcomes for clients.

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies:

• Craft and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for clients.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize the company's website and marketing materials for search engines.
• Regularly review and update website content and links to maximize search engine visibility and engagement.

Content Creation and Optimization:

• Write compelling and high-quality content for the website that drives user engagement and enhances SEO performance.
• Continuously update and refine content to align with SEO best practices and industry trends.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

• Develop and implement metrics to measure marketing campaign goals and objectives.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of SEO and Google Ads campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Create detailed case studies, project reports, and campaign theories to document and communicate campaign performance and learnings.

Social Media and Digital Presence:

• Oversee the company's digital presence across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective engagement strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and apply best practices to enhance social media strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and SEO.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and present data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
