Job Description (JD) - EBS-SAP FI Senior Consultant

Position: EBS-SAP FI Senior Consultant
Experience: 10-15 years

Compensation: ₹25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Implement and manage Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) configuration, cash management, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP CO, SD, MM, and HR modules.
• Lead and execute multiple end-to-end SAP implementations and support projects.
• Perform gap analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP FI-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., GST, VAT, IFRS).
• Drive migration and upgrades, especially to SAP S/4HANA.
• Create documentation, provide user training, and act as a SME for SAP FI.

Required Skills:

• 10-15 years of experience in SAP FI configuration and support.
• Expertise in EBS processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with data migration tools (LSMW/BDC) and basic ABAP debugging.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP FI certification or training in S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects within tight timelines.
