As a Sr. Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship between the ad agency and its digital advertising clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet client objectives.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for all digital advertising needs
Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising strategies/ monthly calendar and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media planning, data analytics) to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and making recommendations for optimization as needed
Assist in managing timelines, and project milestones, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and without delay
Keep up to date with industry trends and changes, staying informed of new technologies and tools that could benefit clients
Be responsible to train an assigned Jr. if any for their growth and making sure the account is run smoothly
Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling to our client
Be the first POC to identify an upcoming concern/escalation that may possibly rise on the account
