As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall digital advertising strategy and relationship between the ad agency and its clients. You will lead a team of account managers and work closely with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered successfully and meet client objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the secondary point of contact for all digital advertising needs
Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media planning, other cluster heads) to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and making recommendations for optimization as needed
Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones for multiple clients, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, including detailed analysis of KPIs and recommendations for improvement
Keep up to date with industry trends and changes, staying informed of new technologies and tools that could benefit clients
Continually identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts, and work closely with the new business team to win new business
Manage a cluster of brands , account managers and account executives
