As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the ad agency and its digital advertising clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered successfully and meet client objectives.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital advertising needs
Ensure smoot functioning of teams and cross team relations
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media planning, data analytics) to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and making recommendations for optimization as needed
Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, including detailed analysis of KPIs and recommendations for improvement
Keep up to date with industry trends and changes, staying informed of new technologies and tools that could benefit clients
Continually identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
Be responsible for growth of set of Executives assigned in team
Be the first POC to identify an upcoming concern/escalation that may possibly rise on the account
