Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

• Good in communication handling customer,
• Good in system handling
• Tender document preparation
• Tender Surfing Tender Checklist preparation
• Vast knowledge in online & offline tenders
• Customer clarifications and response
• Documents Preparation (Commercial & Technical documents).
• Cost Working
• Tag File / Folder creation for the submitted tenders /Offers
• Updating the regular projects file wrt to Meetings held
• Tender/ offer monitoring / follow up
• Contract / PO & PO amendments follow up / Review / Sale order Creation / Follow-up / amendments
• Vendor Registration /Agent Agreement skills
• Collect Appreciation / Product endorsement certificate from customer
• Handling of Product promotional items (Profile book, CD, Brochure's, gift items.)Risk Management & Audit (ISO 2015& AS 9100 D)Knowledge in SAP
• Preferred engineering 1 position B.E.EEE/ECE/EIE or Mech with 2 to 8y experience and any degree with 2 to 3y experience are preferable
