Responsibilities-

• Achieving sales targets.
• Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management, and customer management.
• Should have knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting
• Knowledge of Costing estimation, documentation.
• Make proposal and key features documents as per clients requirements
• Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with the marketing department for lead generation and social media.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
• Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.
• Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
• Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.
• Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Successful track record in Lead generation, sales and negotiation
• Should be able to make reports and presentation
• Should have knowledge in digital IT Sales & Marketing/pre sales/Lead Generation
• Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented
• Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding,
