Software Support Specialist

IMMEDIATE HIRING !!!!!!!! for Software Support Specialist for FRESHERS

- Provide support to end users in Indian market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.

- Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue

- Perform data migration works

- Conduct product (Software) training to end users

- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner

- Involve in ad-hoc project

- Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Degree or relevant qualification equivalent to the field required
• Fresher or 1 years exp as relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support system is preferred
• Excellent Communication is mandatory
• Mandatory to know Hindi as an additional language
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Timing

General Shift (9:00 AM IST - 6:00 PM IST)(Mon - Sat)
