Job Description
- Planning & Execution of PM in co-ordination with Production, facility & utility equipments
- Maintenance & trouble shooting of CNC turning & milling machines
- Operation & maintenance of DGs, Air compressors, UPS, Electrical panels, Transformers, and other utility and facility equipment.
- Maintenance of MHEs, SPMs, Pneumatics & Hydraulic operated systems
- Meeting IMS requirements under maintenance scope(ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
- Timely update of maintenance documents and records
- Identifying and maintaining inventory of equipment spares
- Support plant shift (Rotational) operation with necessary maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors for timely execution of periodic inspection/maintenance/calibrations.
- Should be flexible to work as per business requirements as and when needed.
- Handling unscheduled breakdowns and other general upkeep activities as per requirement to enable operations.
- Raise purchase requisitions through SAP for procurements related to maintenance.
