Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Manage IT asset management by tracking inventory, updating records, and performing maintenance tasks.
  
• Perform system administration tasks such as installing operating systems (OS), configuring networks, and managing user accounts.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
